Your designs
The designer runs in your browser. Your rooms and designs are saved in your browser's storage on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.
The ordering list
When you leave your email to hear when ordering opens, we keep:
- your email address, and the language you signed up in;
- that you asked to be told when ordering opens, and when;
- whether you also asked for occasional news, and when;
- where you signed up: this site, or the order button in the designer;
- from the order button: the name, size, type and price of the design you were ordering;
- your answer to the one optional question, if you gave one;
- when you confirmed your address, and when you left the list.
We use this only to email you the day ordering opens, and occasional news if you asked for it, and to understand how many people are waiting and for what. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.
If you never confirm, we delete your address after 30 days. If you leave the list, we stop emailing you at once and keep only the record that you left, so we don't add you back by mistake.
Counting visits
We count visits to this site, clicks on Start designing, and clicks on the order button in the designer. We don't use cookies or store anything on your device for this. Each count is tagged with a code made from your network address and browser, mixed with that day's date and a secret, and cut short. It tells us how many different people did something on a day; it can't be turned back into your address and can't link your visits across days.
Who handles the data
This site, its database and its emails run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., with processing in the EU and elsewhere under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@croimo.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Croatia, that is AZOP (azop.hr).
